A true local, Jennifer has spent nearly her entire life in the Yampa Valley.
In pursuit of her dream of "making it in the big city" Jennifer settled on Emerson College in Boston Massachusetts. She spent her spare time working as a program director for the nations largest college radio station 88.9 WERS. Jennifer graduated, Magna Cum Laude, with a degree in Communication Sciences. After an internship at prestigious mPRm Public Relations Firm in Los Angeles and a trip abroad Jennifer returned to the Yampa Valley realizing there is no place like home.
As anyone who has spent time in the Yampa Valley knows this community boasts an undeniably unique small town feeling, which is why Jennifer is extremely committed to the health and well being of the community. She continues to work with local non-profits including the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice Services of Northwest Colorado and NEW FRONTIERS: for Women and Girls.
The choice to enter the field of real estate was simple for Jennifer; it mixes her two favorite things working with people and the Yampa Valley. In 2005, Jennifer was granted a prestigious Leading Edge Society Award, due to her impressive sales volume. Jennifer's dedication to superior service is one of the greatest assets in working with this Steamboat local.

Prior to entering the field of real estate in 1995, Cheryl attended Regis College in Denver, Colorado. During that time she met her husband, Dan, a recent undergraduate from Williams College, in Boulder. The couple moved to Eugene Oregon, where Cheryl worked for a real estate software company. She became their top salesperson.
In 1996, after looking at many different ski towns, Cheryl and Dan moved to Steamboat Springs for the "one" winter. Ten years later, Cheryl, her husband and their two children Jackson and Josephine still call Steamboat home.
Cheryl has been involved with many facets of the real estate market. Due to her success in sales of traditional time-share, she was recruited to start a high-end fractional ownership club maintaining the highest sales volume of the team. Cheryl shifted her focus back to residential sales and last year she had over 45 closed transactions.
Let Cheryl's knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment to customer service guide you through this Steamboat Springs real estate market.
